অভিযোগ প্রতিকার ব্যবস্থা সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশিকা,২০১৫ অনুসারে প্রধান প্রকৌশলী, উত্তরাঞ্চল, বাপাউবো, রংপুর এর জন্য অভিযোগ নিস্পত্তি কর্মকর্তা (অনিক) - মো: মাহবুবর রহমান, প্রধান প্রকৌশলী, উত্তরাঞ্চল, বাপাউবো, রংপুর এবং আপিল কর্মকর্তা হিসাবে মোঃ রফিকুল ইসলাম চৌবে, অতিরিক্ত মহাপরিচালক (পশ্চিম রিজিয়ন) ,বাপাউবো, ঢাকা দায়িত্ব পালন করিবে।
